Our traditional Caribbean rum cake is famous for its rich taste prepared from fruits* preserved in port wine and Demerara rum. Two sizes are available: 6" diameter (1lb 12 oz - 10 servings) and 8" diameter (3lb - 16 servings).	We pack each cake in an attractive round (8") or square (6") reusable container that is suitable for a gift. Our cakes do not need to be refrigerated. You can store them in their individual container at room temperature for months.
*Ingredients: Raisins, Currants, Prunes, Flour, Sugar, Margarine, Eggs, Carmel, Baking Powder, One or more of the following Extracts: Almond, Lemon Vanilla And Pear.
